Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of made-to-order products

All products at Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi (photos printed from customer-supplied files, custom TCG trading cards, album combos, stickers...) are produced individually to each customer's request and personal images. For this reason, we do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as changing your mind, selecting the wrong size/material, or being unsatisfied with the content of photos you provided yourself.

2. Eligible cases for exchange / refund

We support a replacement or partial/full refund if the product has a defect that is the studio's responsibility, including:

• The product was printed incorrectly compared to the design file you approved.
• Technical defects during printing/finishing: blurriness, severe color shift, lamination peeling, incorrect cutting size.
• The product was damaged, dented, or got wet during shipping.
• Missing quantity or wrong product delivered compared to the confirmed order.

3. Time limit and how to request

• Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos/video of the defective product's condition.
• Send your request via the phone number or support email below, including your order code (if any).
• Our studio will respond with a resolution (free reprint or corresponding refund) within 1–2 business days.

4. Resolution methods

Depending on the severity of the defect, Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi will reprint and reship for free, or refund the value of the defective product once both parties confirm the fault lies with the printing studio.
