How do I get sharp prints without pixelation?
Send photos in high resolution (at least 300dpi at the print size you need), in original-quality JPG/PNG, or a PSD/AI design file if available, to preserve the best detail and color when printing.
Are TCG cards printed at Trúc Vi protected like official cards?
Every card comes with a standard Sleeve and rigid Toploader included. You can also add a Broken Glass, Star, or Rainbow Hologram lamination effect for a shimmer comparable to official collectible cards.
Can I preview a print before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Our studio offers file review and color testing before mass production — especially recommended for album combos or large orders, to make sure the colors are exactly right before full production.
Do you accept small orders, like just a few photos or cards?
Yes. Trúc Vi serves both small orders (a few photos or cards) and bulk orders, with no minimum quantity required.
How can I send my design files?
You can upload photos directly through the pricing tool on the website, or paste a Google Drive / OneDrive link if the files are large or numerous.
Does the Album Combo include putting the photos into the album?
The combo package includes a pre-printed photo set along with a ready-made album for you to arrange yourself — great for a personalized gift or keeping your own memories.
